“Waikaloa” (Unit 1) is an oceanfront 1-bedroom corner unit that accommodates 1-4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen commercial grade hide-a-bed in the living room. A partition wall separates the living room from the bedroom at night. Expanded windows offer a stunning view of Hana Bay and Waikaloa Beach. Tropical decor, Granite countertops, hardwood floors, glass-block shower and a spacious covered lanai add to the ambiance of this unit.

This unit has a 2-night minimum stay requirement with these two exceptions:

“Popolana” (Unit 2) is our one and only oceanfront studio condominium. Just 100′ off the water, this lovely unit has warm tropical decor with bamboo walls and rattan furniture, a queen-size bed, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and glass block shower. The stunning view is showcased by a glass wall and sliding glass doors. Facing due east, the sun rises right over the water!

This unit has a 2-night minimum stay requirement with these two exceptions:

“Keanini” aka #3 by the Sea is a 1-bedroom oceanfront unit, just 100′ from the water’s edge. To the east this unit enjoys gorgeous views of the Bay and to the South, it overlooks our lovely koi ponds. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and day beds in the living room. A curtain separates the bedroom from the living area at night. Tropical decor and tile floors throughout.

Nanu’alele (Unit 4) is an oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo. This top floor, corner unit enjoys amazing views of Hana Bay and Waikaloa Beach and is very private. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size commercial grade hide-a-bed in the living room, separated by a partition wall at night. There is a bar and 4 barstools for dining within the unit and a dining table and chairs on the spacious covered oceanfront lanai off the kitchen. Tropical decor and tile floors throughout.

Ka’ahumanu (Unit 5) is a top-floor, deluxe oceanfront 2-bedroom/2-bath unit with a king bed in master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room. Beautiful kitchen with porcelain tile floors, granite countertops, bamboo cabinetry. The living room and bedrooms have hardwood floors, expanded windows for a panoramic view of the ocean to the east and koi ponds to the south. Every detail has been considered in this, our flagship unit.

“Ka’uiki” – Unit 101 – is a one-bedroom, one-bath Hana vacation rental. Located in Hana Kai’s upper (Mauka) building, this vacation rental is a corner, ground floor unit with easy access. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and twin day beds in the living room. The kitchen has a pass-thru window to the spacious covered ocean view lanai. There is a 2nd covered lanai off the bedroom. This rental unit is perfect for elderly or families with small children. The added bonus is a great view of Hana Bay!

“Helani” (Unit 103) is a 1-bedroom/1-bath condo conveniently located in Hana Kai’s Mauka (upper) building. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a comfy queen-size hide-a-bed in the living room, tiled tub/shower combination, and tropical decor. This unit has a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the spacious covered lanai with glass table and chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the incredible view of Hana Bay! There is a second covered lanai off the bedroom.

“Haneo’o” (Unit 104) is a lovely 1-bedroom/1-bath ocean view condo located in Hana Kai’s Mauka (upper) building, ground floor. This upscale Hana condo has tropical decor, a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size commercial hide-a-bed in the living room, ceramic tile floors, tiled tub/shower combination and granite kitchen counter tops. There is a pass-thru window to the spacious covered lanai with teak table and 4 chairs and a great view of the bay. There is a second covered lanai off the bedroom.

“Kaihalulu” (Unit 105) is an ocean view studio unit located ground floor in the Mauka (upper) building. There is a queen-size bed, a spacious covered lanai with a small dining table and comfy chairs and a great view. The unit has ceramic and laminate floors, wood sliding doors, a modern kitchen with a cooktop and convection microwave oven, a tub/shower combination with custom tile and a very nice view.

“Kuakahi” (Unit 106) is a ground-floor, partial ocean view studio condo in the Mauka (upper) building. Our most affordable unit, it has a queen-size bed, a spacious covered lanai, porcelain tile floors, granite countertops with bar-stools, an expanded glass wall and vinyl lanai doors, a tile and glass shower, teak and bamboo furnishings.

“Kama” (Unit 107) is a 1-bedroom, partial ocean view condo located in Hana Kai’s Mauka (upper) building. This is a ground floor, corner unit with a King-size bed in the bedroom a Full size futon and a Single futon chair with ottoman (converts to a junior-sized bed suitable for a a child or pre-teen), in the living room. There is a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the spacious covered lanai and a large table and comfy chairs for dining and relaxing. There are tile floors throughout, glass block shower and a writing desk. There is a 2nd covered lanai off the bedroom.

“Honokalani” (Unit 201) is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath Hana vacation rental. Located in Hana Kai’s upper (Mauka) building, this vacation rental is a corner, upper floor unit with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room and second covered lanai off the bedroom. A spectacular view of the bay, cathedral ceilings and open floor plan make unit #201 a great choice.

“Alau” (Unit 202) is an upper-floor, lofted, ocean-view studio vacation rental located in Hana Kai’s Mauka Building. This unit accommodates 1-4 guests with 1 queen bed on the main floor and another queen bed in the loft. *Note* Sleeping in the loft June through October is not recommended, due to the higher temperatures at that time of year. Expanded sliding glass doors open onto a spacious covered lanai with teak furnishings and a breathtaking view of the pacific ocean and the Hana coastline. Porcelain tile floors and counter tops, tub/shower combination with custom tile details and bamboo accents throughout.

“Lanakila” (Unit 203) is an upper floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath ocean view condo located in Hana Kai Maui’s Mauka (upper) building. This unit has an open kitchen featuring a koa bar and koa accents, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bath, granite tiled tub/shower combination, tropical furnishings and decor. A shoji window from the living room to the bedroom allows the trade winds to cool the unit throughout and the sight and sound of the ocean can be seen and heard from your bed! There is a spacious covered lanai with a wonderful view of the Bay and a 2nd covered lanai off the bedroom.

“Waiohinu” (Unit 204) is an upper floor 1-bedroom, ocean view condominium located in Hana Kai Maui’s Mauka (upper) building and accommodates 1-4 guests with 1 king bed and a queen hide-a-bed. There is a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the lanai with a glass table and comfy chairs to enjoy the amazing views of the Bay. The living room has open beam ceilings, recessed lighting, attractive furnishings, sliding wood doors and hard wood floors throughout. The bedroom has a beautiful carved teak headboard and dressers.

“Mokuhano” (Unit 205) is an upper floor, ocean view studio vacation rental located in Hana Kai’s Mauka Building. There is a king-size bed in the living/bedroom area, open-beam ceilings and tiled floors throughout. The view of the bay is enhanced by the expanded glass wall and vinyl sliding doors. There is a spacious covered lanai with a table and 2 comfy chairs and a great view of Hana Bay and the Pacific.

“Puhele” (Unit 206) is a premium oceanview studio located on the upper floor of the Mauka building. There is a king bed in the loft and a high-quality queen hide-a-bed on the main floor. Sliding glass doors open onto a spacious lanai with an amazing view of Hana Bay. This unit features travertine tile floors, granite countertops in the bath and kitchen, a mini dishwasher, a tub/shower combination, and bamboo accents throughout. Puhele sleeps a maximum of 3 people (double occupancy is included and additional guests are at a rate of $20 each per night.

NOTE: We do not recommend sleeping in the loft between June and October.
